1. Eligibility for RefundsWe offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- The service/product provided does not match the description or agreed-upon specifications.
- A technical or service-related issue was reported within 7 Days of delivery, and we were unable to resolve it.
- Cancellation of services before work has commenced or before a specified milestone.
Refunds will not be provided under these conditions:
- Services/products already delivered as agreed upon.
- Dissatisfaction due to personal preferences after delivery.
- Requests made beyond 3o Days after the purchase or delivery of services/products.
- Customized products or services that were created or tailored specifically for the customer.
- Customers must submit a written refund request to [email protected].
- The request should include details such as the order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund.
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days.
In cases where partial work or services have been completed, we may offer a partial refund, deducting the value of the work done.
5. Changes to the PolicyWe reserve the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
